I don't know how much her clothing allowance as the First Lady is but it's questionable to see the wife of a man who promised change, wearing an over N1m top and in this recession. 

What Aisha Buhari is wearing is a very expensive SALVATORE FERRAGAMO Multicolored Zig Zag Cape, that's sold for $2,600 (N1,287,000 at N495 to $1)

This won't be the first time she's spotted wearing very expensive things so don't tell me that it could be a gift..... Especially when you don't believe that Dame Patience Jonathan received any gifts while in office, to be as rich as she is.
